Missa Katharina

Missa Katharina is a mass consisting of the Ordinary parts Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus, Benedictus and Agnus Die. There are also the instrumental parts Prelude, Offertory and Postlude as well as the mass parts Alleluia and Amen. Missa Katharina is primarily written for choir, soprano solo and symphonic wind orchestra. Various performance options (e.g. purely instrumental or in versions of different lengths) open up numerous possible uses for this impressive work, with which the composer won an international composition competition in 2007.
