Where’er You Walk is an aria from Act II of the opera Semele (HWV 58), composed by Georg Friedrich Händel in 1743. The opera is based on the classical myth of Semele, mother of Dionysus. It was premiered at the "Theatre Royal", Covent Garden, London, on February 10, 1744. The aria was written for the tenor role of Jupiter. Willy Hautvast, specialist in classical transcriptions, wrote this splendid arrangement for wind band.
